Celebrating Culture, Curiosity, and Connection!
We are thrilled to announce that ECCHO-Latino proudly brought 22 Latino educators to the Massachusetts Association for the Education of Young Children (MAAEYC) Conference held on November 11 at Taconic High School in Pittsfield. Thanks to our generous sponsor, Commonwealth Children’s Fund, these dedicated professionals received free registration and sported our vibrant ECCHO-Latino t-shirts to shine a light on our rich roots and backgrounds.
We were honored to hear from the inspiring keynote speaker Holly Elissa Bruno, where she challenged us to reflect: We dedicate our lives to nurturing the next generation—truly changing worlds one child at a time. Yet, this profound, emotionally intelligent work is often unseen. Today, we celebrated the undeniable truth: We are essential architects of the future, not just babysitters!
At ECCHO-Latino, we are committed to empowering and uniting our early childhood Latino educators, ensuring that our voices are heard and valued. Together, we strive to uplift one another and create a brighter future for our children.
Join us in this journey of advocacy , community, and training! Let’s continue to inspire change and show the world the impact we can make together. 🌍💚
